Dr Oralinde was very approachable and I felt comfortable talking with him, questioning although clear was occasionally difficult for me to respond to ( was trying to assess which symptoms were most problematic) and rather than changing/ re phrasing the question for me the same question was posed once more. Apart from this the consultation was professional explained at every step and I was asked if I understood or had any questions, therefore plenty of opportunity to voice my concerns
