I met Mr P in an emergency situation when I was rushed in the Queen Elizabeth. I could not have asked for better. I was informed at every step and he even met me as I was moved between MRI and CT to be told what had been found. He even kept my wife updated who was in my room 2 floors above. Thankfully I did not need surgery but he took me through every scan before I was discharged and arranged the aftercare himself.
I realise above it asks for constructive suggestions on improvement. I am sorry I am unable to offer any a highly satisfied customer.
