Dr Santhanam is always reassuring, calm and explains everything to do with my treatment in detail, ensuring I understand the benefits and implications of any treatment to do with my situation.
I feel that my questions are always answered and that Dr Santhanam ensures I am happy with the information.
I have never felt rushed during an appointment and am exceedingly pleased that any follow up appointments after treatment were continued for sufficient time to ensure my problem had stabilised.
I am exceptionally pleased that I was referred to him for treatment.
