Mr Hu is very reassuring, friendly, gentle, informative and patient. He is at the leading edge of his speciality, has reassured me and managed my expectations completely. I feel in very safe hands and know that him and his team have not only controlled my symptoms, but have a ‘plan B’ should things deteriorate.
I am so relieved that the whole eye care system at Leighton is geared to seeing patients very quickly should there be an emergency. From the efficient text messages confirming the appointment to the welcoming nurses, I could not be more confident of my care. THANK YOU TEAM.
