I saw Mr Hu earlier this year regarding a long term condition called meibomian gland dysfunction, as I was still having issues with inflammation on my left eye lid. Mr Hu suggested I try serum eye drops as I had been using softacort steroid drops for many months. I have had great success with the serum drops and have been able to stop using the steroid drops almost immediately. I no longer have pain in either eye and have also been able to lower the number of lubricating drops from 10 times or more a day to 1 or 2 drops a day.
Unfortunately I contracted shingles in my right eye a few weeks ago, but this is easing after receiving further medication from Mr Hu. The serum drops have proved invaluable in easing the pain and repairing the nerve damage.
Mr Hu is always so knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. . I am very grateful for all of the care I have received.
