The initial consultation with Mr Arzoglou took as long as it needed to. I wasn't rushed and he listened to me and then explained the best option was spinal decompression surgery and the reason for this. He gave me information to take home explaining all that would happen so I could read it in my own time.
When it came to the day of the surgery, Mr Arzoglou met with me, talked through the procedure and the paperwork I needed to sign and then left to get ready for my surgery.
I was left with complete confidence in all that was about to happen and, as it happens, I was right. Operation successful and I could not have been in better hands, literally!
