I organised an appointment with Mr Arzoglou back in April 2023 in the hope that he could explain to me in terms I could understand, the results of a scan I had had at the instigation of my GP surgery. The telephone conversation with my GP had left me none the wiser about what was gong on and, frankly, worried so I decided to get a specialist explanation and opinion.
Mr Arzoglou very patiently listened to my concerns and symptoms, undertook a thorough examination of the area giving me trouble, and took the trouble to look at the scan himself rather than just read the report. He explained to me what was going on in terms easily understood by a non specialist, and why I was experiencing the symptoms I was, and allayed my more extreme fears as to the prognosis. I was very grateful to him for taking this trouble.
I would have no hesitation in consulting Mr Arzoglou again in the future shoaled the need arise.
