I had outstanding surgical care from Mr Arzoglou, & post-operative visits whilst still in hospital were frequent & focussed on my recovery. Outpatient follow-up was good & because of the complex surgery took great care in ensuring I was well-enough recovered to be discharged.
The only concern was that admin & paperwork took too long & some prompting for information was necessary. I was ok because my wife was a nurse & understood how to overcome delays & diversions.
