I was highly impressed with the detail and discussion that Mr Arzoglou and I had during my initial consultation. There was concern, humour, detailed discussion and a very clear understanding of the considerable discomfort I was in at the time.
No question was too daft, and a detailed summary letter of my issues was received very quickly.
Definitely recommend.
