Initially I was made to feel completely at ease regarding the procedure I would be having. Mr Arzoglou fully explained the procedure he was to undertake.
Later, I was impressed, following a letter from Thornbury Hospital informing me Mr A would ring me at a specified time to ascertain the effectiveness of his treatment, that I received that call as planned. His words were of considerable comfort to me.
