On the morning of admittance to Watford General Hospital, having said goodbye to my wife I was sitting in the waiting area and feeling very anxious when Mr. Patel came and invited me to join him in a small room. We spent ten minutes talking about different aspects of my operation. I was made to feel very much at ease and that I was in safe hands.
Whilst in the recovery ward, Mr Patel visited me to let me know that the operation went well with no complications, which I appreciated and found very reassuring.
Whilst on the ward I felt well cared for with a big thank you to Laura and Larissa.
