Soon as I met Mr Patel I felt at ease and reassured. He is calm, friendly, confident and makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I felt in very safe hands and he did everything he could for me. He is a fantastic surgeon, I had a removal of my large bowel and rectum with an ileostomy bag fitted due to reoccurring bowel cancer and as well as being a success, the cuts are very neat and healed really quick. Mr Patel is very approachable and I never once felt rushed. I feel very lucky to have had such a great surgeon who has saved my life.
