Mr Patel showed great empathy towards me throughout our discussions showing great professionalism & knowledge. He dealt with the difficult conversation directly & answered all our questions & concerns. Mr Patel also listened carefully to us as we sought clarification or questioned him further for full understanding of the proposed surgery/treatment. Everything Mr Patel said he would do was carried out which included full disclosure of the procedure through to hospital ward visits as agreed.
