I have been a patient of Mr Kaplan's since 2010 and I feel so happy to be under the care of such a kind, friendly and professional doctor. But what really makes him stand out to me is his desire to go above and beyond to ensure you receive the best care; you really feel that you are being looked after and that he completely has your best interests at heart. I couldn't recommend him more. Plus, his good sense of humour goes far as well!
