Excellent service at my appointment today.
Punctual, very professional and efficient. Everything was explained to me clearly. Every action was described before it was done and the procedure seems to be very neatly completed.
He has a very pleasant manner which put me at ease and I have no suggestions as to how the experience could be bettered.
