He was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away.
He explained what the surgery was he was doing for me, and ask me if I had any questions, which he then gave me informative answers.
He then told me about the after care, and when I should expect the results from the lab. Which would be sent to my doctor.
Both he & the attending nurse showed extreme care in my treatment.
