A very friendly approach and genuinely concerned for my well being.. I was confused and afraid of my throat closing and not being able to breathe very well.. Dr Ahmed reassured me he will make it better and explained in a manner that I understood everything he advised me. calming me down somewhat. Constantly telling me what he was doing and advising that it would be slightly uncomfortable but let him know when it gets too much, which I did and he fully responded to me. Very professional. He did what he said he would do and assured me that I will feel better very soon after the procedure...and a couple of hours later I was pain free and able to eat and drink without the crazy pain in my throat. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him and the 2 others that helped and wish them the best in the future.. Thank you guys.. Jaspal Birdee
