Mr Adams listened & then confirmed his understanding of exactly what I wanted from the outcome of my cosmetic surgery.
He has always enabled me to feel confident & secure due to the fact that I felt complete trust in his abilities to do his upmost to match my expectations.
He actually managed to exceed my expectations!
I’m a very anxious individual at the best of times and yet Mr Adams was able to make me feel at ease, both prior and after my surgery, which is an amazing feat.
