Mr Satyadas was the perfect balance of being ultra professional and efficient , as well as kind and caring.
Everything was explained to me from the start of my journey and I felt at ease to ask any questions and share any worries.
Mr Satyadas led the theatre team and the results following laparoscopic surgery are fantastic.
The aftercare went above and beyond, with a focus on avoiding any unnecessary trips to the hospital where possible. However when review and admission was unavoidable , this was handled very effectively by Mr Satyadas in partnership across the surgical team of clinicians, nurses and support staff.
Mr Satyadas delivers high quality care , with the patient at the centre of all discussions. He is empathetic, organised and caring and I feel very lucky to have been looked after by him.
