I had a laparoscopic cholecystectomy just over three weeks ago under the care of Mr Thomas Satyadas. I was very nervous but from the initial consultation Mr Satyadas put me at ease. He has a very calm and caring manner and is brilliant at communicating and listening. He explained exactly what would happen and what to expect.
Following the procedure he telephoned my husband to let him know all was well which was very kind.
