Nobody wants to into hospital unless they have to,especially to have an operation. Well I had a hernia operation on the 23rd.June 2018,in fact I had 7 holes to repair. My Consultant Surgeon was Mr.Thomas Satyadas. From my first meeting with Mr.Satyadas I felt totally at ease with his relaxed yet professional manner.He explained in detail how he would repair the damage including showing me a video of a similar operation. On the day of the operation I couldnt believe how relaxed I was waiting to go down to theatre.It was because I was confident would be in excellent hands. I stayed in hospital overnight and the following morning Mr. Satyadas visited me and confirmed the operation had gone according to plan.A total success. I had a follow consultation 3 weeks later when Mr.Satyadas explained the procedure he had undertaken and showed me a video of my operation. I would like to take this opportunity of thanking the support team at the Alex. Mr.Satyadas has a tremendous relaxing and calming manner. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a great guy.
