I was referred to Mr Satyadas at The Alexandra Hospital regarding a problem with my gall bladder, after consultation Mr Satyadas suggested removal was the best option.
He was very friendly and explained the procedure in a manner that was easily understood and arranged for me to be admitted the following weekend.
On the day of the operation he came to see me in my room to make sure I was OK, and he made me feel relaxed and confident going in to the theatre. My husband waited in my room until after my operation, Mr Satyadas went immeadiately to see my husband after the operation.
My husband had been quite worried and Mr Satyadas told him everything went well, and I know my husband appreciated that. I have since seen Mr Satyadas for a follow up consultation and he told me everything was as it should be. I'm very grateful for the caring and professional way he handled my situation.
