Even though the clinic was running late and Mr Siva was not the person I was expecting to see, he took time to listen and explain things.
I have had gunge cleared from my ear many times before, and have always recognised that the people doing it were taking great care. However, this was far and away the least uncomfortable - probably helped by the fact that it was the first time I had it done in a reclining position (great equipment at Victoria, Morecambe - not listed as an option on this webpage!).
