He treated me today for ear problems which was the reason for my appointment ( build up of wax and discomfort) which exacerbate my use of hearing aids, He listened to my problems and made recommendations to maintain the health of my ears. I also asked about a small discharge of blood from my nostril, he immediately took me into an adjoining examination room and examined my nostrils and made further recommendations. He explained everything clearly and was able to alleviate and concerns that I had.
