Mr. Siva was very kind and listened extremely carefully to my description of my symptoms. He then carefully examined my throat and neck and was very reassuring about his findings. He is a very personable man who treats you with dignity and real understanding. He explained fully the next steps in my treatment, even down to describing how the procedures would be carried out.
