Mr THIRU SIVA treated me with great respect and listened carefully about the problem I’ve had with my hearing in my left year. I was seen on time and then passed by him to his Audiologist, Naveed Akram. Mr SIVA asked me to remind the audiologist to do an ear pressure test after finishing the hearing test. The nurse, Amy Zakrzewski, came to the waiting room after the hearing test to escort me back to Mr Siva’s consulting room. She was kind, caring and very helpful. Mr SIVA showed me the test results and explained the graphs results. He then made out blood test requests and has requested and MRI scan to give more information about the damage to my ear possibly within the inner ear. His nurse, Amy, then escorted me to the Phlebotomy Dept where I very promptly and efficiently had a blood test. I cannot fault my experience to see Mr SIVA in ENT today at 1pm on Tues 19 March 2024.
