Mr siva was great from start to finish, when he first come to the ward to explain the operation he was carrying out on our 3 year old son he didnt miss a detail or refuse to answer any question. (Even if some of them were abit silly!) it was nice to feel that mr siva wanted to make a positive improvement for our son and that he actually cared about the result! Genuine good guy, lucky if you come under his care.
