Accompanied my Mum for an ENT appointment with Mr Siva. My Mum has hearing issues and he spotted this straight away ensuring he spoke really clearly for my Mum to understand. The manner in which he conducted the examination was excellent ensuring the minimum of discomfort during the consultation.
He discussed his findings putting forward the key points clearly in generally non-medical terms giving my Mum a clear position on her ENT issue.
