I was really pleased with the care I received at my appointment. Before I arrived at the hospital I was extremely nervous about having a throat examination. A friend I had bumped into said a camera would be put down my nose to examine my throat. I did not think I would be able to do this. The nurse immediately was friendly and kind and put me at ease. The doctor was also very friendly and approachable and easy to talk to. He explained what he would do and why and set my mind at ease. I felt I could trust him and went ahead with the examination and the nurse held my hand! They were so friendly and kind. They must do this procedure hundreds of times, but it was a big deal or me and they treated me with kindness and respect. It is nice for your opinion to be valued, especially when it concerns your health and your body. He made me feel happy to have the examination and he carried it out swiftly and made sure I was okay. I was really pleased to have met this doctor and nurse. They truly were outstanding and I wouldn't have any hesitation having to revisit. Well done.
