As soon as i went into the room in ENT for my appointment Dr Siva had a warm and friendly smile and introduced himself. He read through the referral notes and talked through the questionnaires I had filled in and tales me through why I was there what they were going to do and why. I had chance to talk through any concerns and ask question he explained things in plain english not medical jargon. He was polite and respectful and made the appointment a calm and stress free experience thank you.
