I was very nervous to attend the appointment with Mr Siva but he immediately put me at ease. He introduced himself and his nurse, asked me to take a seat and then turned to face me so I actually felt like a person and not a number. He listened while I answered his questions and wasn't distracted at all with his computer. He was very gentle and reassuring during the examination, constantly giving me feedback on his findings. I was able to relax and was so happy with the consultation and subsequent follow up treatment that I actually gave him a hug on leaving. Such a lovely kind man.
