I immediately felt at ease in the consultation room. Something that is incredibly difficult to do in a hospital environment.
He was able to answer all of my questions, explaining things if I didn't understand them.
I left the appointment following the procedure knowing everything that I needed to know in terms of looking after my voice and what treatments I would need.
