An exceedingly pleasant and professional person, who was very caring, informative and explained in detail the procedure of having a knee replacement including pain and pain relief, mobility recovery and the advantages and disadvantages of surgery!
He also asked if l had any questions or concerns, which he answered in detail leaving me feeling reassured about having surgery done by him Mr Tarek Boutefnouchet.
