I was referred to Mr Jeddy by my GP, via the NHS protocol. From my first meeting, I felt very comfortable with the explanation of my surgery, and the subsequent follow-up after a scan.
On the morning of the surgery, Mr Jeddy explained what was going to happen that day, and that pain medicine would be prescribed for a week or so. The procedure went well and I was home before teatime. Four weeks later I had a follow-up appointment. The scar was healing nicely and I was now able to get back to normal.
At every stage I was kept in the loop and felt very comfortable. Mr Jeddy was very personable and informative throughout with a reassuring manner.
