Parathyroidectomy. I was referred to Mr Jeddy after indentifcation of a very slightly raised calcium level by my GP and a Consultant Endocrinologist and then further subsequent scans identified a benign tumour (adenoma) on one of my 4 Parathyroid glands. I initially thought my symptoms of joint pain, brain fog, anxiety, irregular mood changes, tiredness and heart palpitations were due to my menopause. I hadn't felt 'right' for years and had tried every avenue to help myself. The daily effect of symptoms over the years were making me depressed. From very first meeting with Mr Jeddy once diagnosed, he explained clearly all of these symptoms were a result of this adenoma and that it's removal would instantaneously relieve the symptoms. On each occasion we met, he was friendly, professional, calm and very informative of diagnosis and treatment plan. Mr Jeddy is also extremely punctual, always seen exactly at the time of my appointment. Maybe a minor point on tge grand scheme of things, but so appreciated. I felt totally reassured that surgery would be the best course of action. On the day of surgery I received the best care, again meeting Mr Jeddy prior to the operation. The scar I have is minimal and as stated, ALL of my symptoms have gone. This surgery and this man's skills have totally transformed my life for the better. I feel fantastic and cannot recommend Mr Jeddy enough. Aftercare follow up appointments were also very reassuring. I am pleased beyond measure.
