The entire process was super slick and exceeded my expectations. From first phonecall through to appointments, to booking, coordinating surgery dates I was led through this journey by a trusted team who clearly work well together. No detail was overlooked and nothing left unexplained, this gave me a sense of real confident support. I had no nerves at all because I knew Mr Shoaib had ensured I knew what was a realistically achievable result; in truth his work has exceeded my dreams. I wish I'd gone to see him ten years ago!
