Mr Mizra listened to what I had to say, explained the options and said how he thought we should proceed. I found him to be friendly, professional, confident and straightforward. He explained things in a way that made me look at my condition in a different light and with a new understanding. His manner is such that I immediately trusted his professional opinion and am very grateful that I saw him yesterday and very much hope that I will see him at any future appointments.
