I went in for minor surgery and he talked me through the procedure and what would happen afterwards. He was very clear on aftercare and made sure I was aware of what to do if any issues. I actually needed to speak to someone afterwards and just so happened to speak to him. He was so helpful.
I felt very at ease and actually relaxed as the rapport he had with his colleagues was great.
