I was seen by Mr Mirza for a dental cyst (rather large cyst). I was very nervous at my first appointment, Mr Mirza dealt my case with an urgency ! He went above and beyond to get me an appointment ASAP in current climate ! On a day of my surgery (27th Nov) Mr Mirza kept so much patience with me, answered my endless questions with a smile on his face. He instantly built a rapport and made me feel that I was taken care of and he will be acting in my best interest. I had no doubt Mr Mirza is an expert in his field (what), but it’s the “How” which made a mark on me ! Whilst my procedure was not easy , the way Mr Mirza approached the whole process made it really easy. His positive uplifting energy makes even most painful procedure pain free and comfortable . I feel he sets brilliant standards for team around him, leading by an example . My surgery was successful and he made after care as easy as possible . I had some complications after the surgery but Mr Mirza immediately got in touch and took time out to see me . He was really happy to see me recover and get better, shows his passion for the job !
