I find Dr Pal to be very easy to talk to, also the surgery in general seems to be run very well, unlike others in the same hospital.
We have discussed my condition, taken steps to eliminate serious problems and are moving forward to get better advice from a specialist, so I feel like this has been dealt with very efficiently.
