I couldn't be more grateful for the expertise of Mr Naylor and the support of his team. After a blow to the head, my intraocular lens I had implanted in 2012 had moved from its original position causing very blurred vision. From the initial consultation with Mr Naylor, he talked me through the process and put me at ease from the start. He recommended surgery based on the position of the lens and potential long terms issues which he talked me through.
The day of the surgery he talked me through the procedure, the risks and what would happen if he couldn't manage to re position the lens. Again, all this time he came across very confident in what he had planned, which calmed me down. He made this such an easy process to go through. Couldn't recommend Mr Naylor more based on my experience.
