I appreciated that I was informed about the risks of surgery even though it was hard to hear at the time. Despite the risks I felt very confident that Mr Tia would do his utmost to achieve a good result. I was fully informed about the procedure and felt able to ask questions both before and post op. Prior to the surgery I was struggling to manage physically but it was also affecting my mental health as I hate having to ask others for help. I am very pleased with the results, which have exceeded my expectations, and have already gained a great deal more function which enables me to get on with my every day life. I am only 7 weeks post surgery, and intend to carry on working very hard to improve my situation further. I am extremely grateful to Mr Tia and his team
