Mr Rimouche operated to reduce the size of my breasts. I am 61 and my size had given me back ache and sagging breasts over the last 10 years. I contacted Mr Rimouche privately and arranged a consultation. He was clear and concise in what could be achieved and the possible outcomes and risks of surgery. I was then admitted a few weeks later and Mr Rimouche re-iterated what he would be doing. Now that I am into my fifth week following surgery I am delighted with not only the reduction in my back pain but with the shape and lifting of my breasts and nipples. The scaring is minimal and will be hidden under my breasts. An added bonus is I have firm, lifted breasts of a lovely shape that I no longer need to hide.
