Mr Ahmed welcomed myself and my wife with a firm handshake and introduced himself in such a courteous way that we both felt at ease with him.
He explained very clearly what the results of the blood and ultra sound meant in a manner that made it easy for us to ask questions.
I felt very lucky to have had Mr Ahmed on my case.
