Mr Ahmed, manner and approach towards me when meeting with him was very nice, comforting and pleasant. When speaking with Mr Ahmed at no point did he make me feel like any of my questions were silly and or irrelevant. He continually asked me how I was and coping, with explaining any questions I had in lame man terms(explained things in a simple way).
Mr Ahmed, has a very good patient service manner, when interacting with me. He smiles often, gives good eye contact & his manner is pleasant at all times.
May the Lord continue to bless him in his profession
