Mr Smith fitted my chemo port at Springfield Hopspital following my recent breast cancer diagnosis.
He explained the procedure in simple terms and was very understanding of my feelings of being overwhelmed. He put me at ease and I felt in very safe hands.
His kindest and the kindest of the team working alongside him made the start of my tough journey easier.
