Mr. Simon Monkhouse has a very caring and calming quality. He explained in laymens terms why it was best for me to have the operation and what would happen during and after my op. (Even did a drawing of how the op was done.)
Having had several operations in various hospitals and I felt he was a breath of fresh air in NHS.
