I had a gastric bypass and gallbladder removal with Simon in October 2023 at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital. I have had a positive experience from start to finish. I was extremely nervous when I rang to book my consultation and Simon’s Secretary Sophie was really informative and reassuring. It was made clear to me that the consultation would not put me under any obligation to book. During my consultation Simon was so knowledgeable and gave me great advice in my pre op consultation. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to pay a deposit and he answered any questions I had promptly. The surgery went well and my post op care has been incredible from the entire team including the hospital staff at Spire, the Bariatric Nurses Sarah and Molly, the Dietitian Lucy and the Psychotherapist Sarah. I would have no doubts in recommending Simon to my family if they needed surgery as I know they would be in great hands. I will be forever grateful to Simon and his team and I know I made the right choice for myself when choosing to travel from Swindon to Gatwick for my operation.
