Mr Monkhouse leads a fantastic team and has given me a new lease of life. I walk briskly and don’t get flustered and breathless. My type 2 diabetes has reversed and I no longer take any medication for high cholesterol, high blood pressure or inhalers for asthma. I’ve lost 7 stone in 7 months and feel amazing. Mr Monkhouse and his team are highly recommended. I’ve already introduced a family member who had her op 2 months ago and a friend will contact the team soon as she’s amazed by my results.
