In these days of COVID-19, consultations both pre and post operation were held virtually. Even so, one felt that Mr Monkhouse could be trusted. The gall bladder removal on 19th July was not straightforward as the operation took 1.5 hours longer than expected. On the day he gave great attention to explaining what to expect, giving reassurance pre and post operation. The recovery period has been excellent and his follow up has been impressive such that any query I had has had an immediate response from him. I feel I have made a friend for life and Simon is more than worthy of the 5 stars given in all categories.
